Hotel Noel! December 7

🎄 You’re Invited! 🎶 Join us for our Children’s Christmas Musical — Hotel Noel ! 🗓 Saturday, December 7 🕒 3:00 p.m. Crenshaw United Methodist Church Come enjoy an afternoon of music, laughter, and the true joy of Christmas as our kids share the story of Hotel Noel — a heartwarming reminder of the true meaning of Christmas! Hot cocoa and cupcakes will be served after the show! 🍪☕ As our story’s family begins their journey on Christmas Eve, they find themselves in an epic snowstorm that threatens their safe arrival at Grandma’s house.  Forced off the road by the storm, they miraculously come across an unexpected “this-didn’t-show-up-on-any gps- maps” safe harbor…  Hotel Noel !  With a name like Hotel Noel, full of the promise of holiday festivities and decorations, the kids are severely disappointed as they discover it to be a plain, bland, not-a-decoration-in-sight hotel.  Unknown to the family, however, the hotel is staffed by Christmas angels tasked to sh...

Sunday Praise and Worship! Crenshaw Kids!!!

I pledge allegiance to the Holy Bible! Do you?    Crenshaw Kids pledge to the bible.   Why?    Because we are acknowledging that His Word will lead and guide us in this crazy life.   When we don't have the answers, if we "hide these words in our heart", He will be faithful to guide us. Sometimes I am sure the kids are just "going through the motions", but I am certain that when they need to feel His comfort, they will remember where to find it. This week the special music in worship was Psalm 23.   As I listened to the words... "Anxiety hates Psalm 23", it truly puts this "hiding scripture in our hearts" to practice.    We have stress or an uneasy feelings daily.    This week I tried to keep that uneasy feeling behind me as I would say inside my mind...The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want he  leads me by still waters til my fears are gone.   I know by your still waters I'm safe. I’ve Got Joy Like a River!

I spy some friends!    Caroline and Austyn invited guests to join us as we practiced our bells!    Secretly, I think they had fun too! Coffee Chat room was a success!    Pray that it will be a blessing and a "gathering place" for anyone who just needs a sip and a quiet place to rest! Miss Alice slipped away before 10:00 to travel to see Miss Savannah at her church.   She attends Hyland Heights Baptist  Church in Lynchburg.   Not only did she share her testimony!...   She sang a solo for the first time and it was such a blessing!   I have shared the video I took!   Enjoy! Mr. Joe took us on the magic carpet ride so that we could make it in time for the 11:00 service.   Bentley loves going on an airplane ride.   He does have a huge piece of gum in his mouth!  HA HA.   This helps with his ears popping! We "borrowed" a courtesy car from the airport which was so conv...
