Overall vision and plan for Hotel Noel!

Greeters at door to welcome congregation: Volunteers needed. Job description: Stand at the door by 2:40 on Dec 7 and say a friendly hello to guests and invite them to reception after.   

Reception hosts after program on the 7th?   Volunteers needed.  Job description: Receive cupcakes from parents and place on the tables on trays.   Serve cupcakes and punch or hot cocoa so that it isn't an all you can eat buffet.   LOL.  Kids!   :).   

After, put the trash bag in the little trash storage outside.

3:00 or a little before: Prelude- Students playing piano and praise team

3:10 Hotel Noel begins

Opening Music 

Scene 1.   Angels in the choir loft area. (Curtis, Ashleigh S. Bella, Katie Beth, TraMichael and Austyn)

at the end of the scene the "family" (J.T., Lacey, Andrew, Reese and Ryker) appear door near piano to get ready to travel to grandmas house.

Travel Music.....family is traveling and the snow machine starts to mimic the snowstorm

Scene 2 Family arrives at Hotel Noel and greeted by the angels that are now the hotel staff

Song:   Welcome to Hotel Noel.  (Sung by all kids and everyone on stage except the family who is listening.)

Scene 3: Family and Hotel Staff

Song:   The First Noel (soloists: Clay, Bo, Sally, Emma) kids choir

Scene 4:  Family and Hotel Staff and readers of scripture (Clay and Ava)

During the scripture reading Sally and Annie will be at the organ or piano playing softly and a Mary, Joseph, Shepherds and Angels will take places when mentioned in the choir loft area.

Song 5:  What Makes a Christmas Morning (Lots of solos and Praise team)

Scene 5 continued: Family and staff prepare for night

Song: Waking up to Christmas.  (Praise Team)

Scene 6: Family prepares to leave and angels/staff work is complete

Rehearsals are underway and here is the schedule leading up to Dec. 7

December 6.  1:00 Rehearsal with the actors, Lauren, Grayson and Riley Others as needed:   I will contacct you if I need you.

December 7 final run of songs at 9:00.  I will make sure everyone knows where to sit/stand during the worship time at 3:00.   This rehearsal is super important.

December 7 Actors arrive and get mics on at 1:30.   Sound check and run some scenes

                  Soloists arrive at 1:30 and report to Alice (Clay, Sally, Ava, Emma, Bo, Whitt, Adalyn, Viv

                  All Other Kids/youth and adults participating arrive at 2:15
