Garden of Gethsemane Sunday School March 6....This coming week? Dirty feet! Also, KFS visits Stations!

Our Palm Sunday Song!!!   Listen a little this week so you will be ready for Sunday!

Thank you Drake for playing our offertory today!

Crenshaw Kids in action!    Andrew and Clay are shown here giving Bentley a lesson.   Not just a golf lesson....but a love lesson, a patience lesson and a joy lesson.    I love that our children are so kind.   It makes me want to be strive to be better!

Stations of the Cross!
KFS students visited Crenshaw to explore the stations!    It was an amazing time of learning about Holy Week and all that happened leading up to Resurrection Day.  Crenshaw Kids were excited for their friends to come to "their" church!    I loved that.

My observations:
#1 Kenston Forest teachers know their scriptures.   I was blessed by them leading their students through the Word!    What a gift to students to have a Christian teacher.
#2 Lots of students also had knowledge of the scriptures and helped tell the story.   They also loved "seeing" the story come to life and in some stations be able to "smell" or "touch" a prop.

#3 Interesting...some students said they do not have a home church.   Shouldn't we be more intentional about inviting our friends?

#4. Some students commented they go to church, but only Christmas and Easter.

#5 One student told me she hadn't been to church in a while.   But, she was so happy to have come today.   She said "This was Easter for me."
