Overall vision and plan for Hotel Noel! Producer: Alice Drama Director: Candace Ruth Ann, Gail, Ashley and anyone willing: Directing Crenshaw Kid and Youth Chorus Nativity scene director: Pat G. Lights and sound: Lauren, Grayson, Riley Greeters at door to welcome congregation: Volunteers needed. Job description: Stand at the door by 2:40 on Dec 7 and say a friendly hello to guests and invite them to reception after. Reception hosts after program on the 7th? Volunteers needed. Job description: Receive cupcakes from parents and place on the tables on trays. Serve cupcakes and punch or hot cocoa so that it isn't an all you can eat buffet. LOL. Kids! :). After, put the trash bag in the little trash storage outside.
