Job description: Stand at the door by 2:40 on Dec 7 and say a friendly hello to guests and invite them to reception after. Reception hosts after program on the 7th? Volunteers needed. Job description: Receive cupcakes from parents and place on the tables on trays. Serve cupcakes and punch or hot cocoa so that it isn't an all you can eat buffet. LOL. Kids! :). After, put the trash bag in the little trash storage outside.
